- Fill out the online application
- Give us a couple minutes to review the info
- We'll email you the lease or make an apt for you to come in and sign it
- Bring us a cashiers check for 1st / last / $300 non-refundable cleaning fee and we give you the keys

- 12 month lease
- Who pays the utillities?
- You will be responsible for a $50-100 monthly WSG charge in addition to rent
